MIT Sloan Alumni Gathering in Miami
MIT Sloan Alumni are invited to a cocktail reception on Thursday, January 18, at The Mandarin Oriental, Miami.
Meet current Action Learning students as they complete their trek in Miami and mingle with fellow alumni and staff. Enjoy drinks, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and networking while taking in the scenic views of the Miami Bay and city skyline.
Background: A group of about 30 students from MIT Sloan enrolled in 15.248 Israel Lab: Startup Nation's Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem are traveling January 16–19, 2024. Due to the conflict in the Middle East, they will instead be taking their trek to Miami with Senior Associate Dean Jake Cohen. The pivot will allow for the students to learn about entrepreneurship, startups, venture capital, and how Miami and southeast Florida has become a hub for innovation. Plan to join us and give a warm welcome to our students!
